Charm City Karate is a school that offers something for anyone interested in the self defense. The school specializes in youth, teen and adult classes in Kenpo Karate. Each class is educational, organized, and most importantly fun. Other self defense and exercise programs are available. Kempo is the best. I always look forward to going. If anything is stressing you, it's a great way to get it out!! The people there are all really nice & they have a lot of extra things to get involved in, like the mayor's parade! It was awesome!

I have 2 sets of twins, each one of them very different from the other. Charm City has given each of my four children exactly what I wanted for them to get out of their training. For my oldest, self-confidence; for her twin, an outlet for energy/aggression. For the oldest of my boys, discipline; and for my youngest, coordination. I was surprised that one activity can do so many different things The instructors do not merely teach kicking; they model for the kids how kenpo can be a way of life for them, to help them succeed both on and off the mat.

This is a great place to learn martial arts. I have been training here for over two years and love the experience. The instruction is both practical, and relaxed. As someone who both lives, and owns a business in Baltimore I find that what I have learned makes me feel more comfortable living in the city.
